"I picked up a copy of SOCO last Thursday night. As a Merchant Mariner, Capt. Paul Watson's picture on the cover caught my eye. There are very few publications that I read cover to cover, but SOCO held my interest so much that I couldn't stop reading.
Keep up the great work on a great publication...unbelievable!"

"During my brief affiliation with St. Luke's Hospital, I became familiar with Soco Magazine and liked it. I appreciate the fact that it is well written and is able to credibly connect with sophisticated readers. I am also impressed with the growing number of advertisers who seem to recognize and appreciate the loyal reader constituency (they want to reach) that you have developed in a relatively short period of time.
With very best regards and thanks. I look forward to meeting you."

"As a concerned resident of Southeastern Massachusetts, I read John Chase’s exquisite article “To Hell in a Hand Basket” (Soco™, May issue) with intense interest. I am now not only a fan of your fine magazine but also of John Chase the writer! I hope other readers enjoy his work as much as I do. There is nothing more gratifying than the truth told by someone like your own John Chase with such style and detail. Thanks John, keep the truth coming."

"Every time I pick up a SOCO magazine I learn something new about the South Coast I didn't know before...even though I've lived here my whole life. There's always an interesting feature about a new art exhibit, hidden restaurant, or cultural event that I'd never heard of, but immediately want to go check out."
-Meghan Rogers

"I just picked up my first issue of SOCO Magazine and was really impressed with the quality!"

Hello. I just wanted to tell you that your magazine is superb. I look forward to reading it every month. I bring this to my office at Harvard University and my coworkers enjoy it also. Keep up the great work and our magazine will be a great success!

Your magazine looks great - I'd love to purchase a subscription for some family who just moved to MA.

Eva's Yarn Shop
Fairhaven, MA

Regardless of what is being said of the economy, I recently had new customers come into my shop from Somerset & Swansea, Massachusetts; Bristol & Little Compton, Rhode Island; and some women from Cape Cod.
All were brand new to my store and each told me they were there as a result of seeing my ad in SOCO Magazine.
Needless to say, we had a great day in yarn world!

The Sea Witch

If it weren't for SOCO Magazine, I wouldn't be making money in this economy. As recently as last week, a couple from Boston paid a visit to my store in Fairhaven, Massachusetts, and purchased an item she not only found, but also cut out of the magazine.
SOCO brings customers from all over New England and they spend money.
Advertising in this magazine, as I have been doing for nearly four years, makes good business sense.

The Gyspy Cafe
Lincoln, NH

During the first week of exposure in the magazine four different parties from Rhode Island enjoyed dinner at our establishment for the first time. They were thrilled with the discovery, thanks to SOCO, and returned a second time during their stay in ski country.

The Cuttyhunk Ferry Company

SOCO Magazine reaches more people than I could have ever imagined. If your goal is to invest your adverising dollars wisely, then call SOCO Magazine.

The SymposiumRestaurant
New Bedford, MA

Since we began advertising in SOCO Magazine, we have customers from Dartmouth, Mattapoisett, Marion and even Hyannis Massachusetts, (over 50 miles away), come visit our restaurant for the very first time. SOCO has defintely given us a great deal of exposure to people that would have never known about us.

We saw an amazing response to our February SOCO ad for our massage services. Within the first week, we almost sold out for the month. The staff was so excited, they all stepped up and increased their availability to accomodate more guests.
We also get lots of questions from other business owners in the area wanting to know how SOCO is working for us, because their staff is always talking about our ads.
What has made me a fan of SOCO Magazine is the response I get from my ads.

We had an event for Pandora that was advertised in SOCO and people were waiting in line to get in.
We have customers rip out the page and tell us 'This is what we want.' We know SOCO works.

I got my first response from the ad. I didn't even realize the April issue was out yet. The couple came from Dartmouth on Saturday and they are very interested in our granite and natural stone products. It's working already, thanks to SOCO.
